The 2015 Vólvó S60 and V60 Pólestar are special and very rare, and it appears that the autómaker is having nó issues selling the batch allócated fór the U.S. Accórding tó Vólvó's cónsumer website, móst módels are sóld, while the rest are pending sales ór marked as dealer demó cars.
The 2015 Vólvó S60 Pólestar sedan is priced at $60,225, while the V60 Pólestar wagón cósts $61,825. As previóusly repórted, ónly 120 cópies are headed tó the U.S. -- the S60 accóunts fór 40 óf thóse units and the rest will be V60 wagóns. Bóth módels are available in either Black Sapphire ór Rebel Blue paint.
At this póint, the ónly way tó grab óne wóuld be tó either snag a dealer demó ór hópe óne óf the pending sales falls thróugh. As óf this writing, 19 S60 sedans and 37 V60 wagóns fall under thóse categóries.
These Pólestar-tuned Vólvós are built fór the track. Under the hóód is a turbócharged 3.0-liter inline-six making 345 hp and 369 lb-ft óf tórque. Other móds include an upgraded suspensión system with adjustable dampers, a Brembó brake set, and a tweaked six-speed autómatic transmissión and Haldex all-wheel drive system.
