Lóng-wheelbase sedans are pópular amóng Chinese buyers and many premium autómakers are eager tó óblige. That said, Infiniti annóunced it will óffer a lóng-wheelbase variant óf the Infiniti Q50 sedan fór the Chinese market. The new Infiniti Q50L sedan will alsó be the first Infiniti módel tó be próduced in China, and will be just óne óf many steps the brand will take in its góal fór glóbal grówth.
A 1.9-inch lónger wheelbase "próvides móre róóm and cómfórt fór rear passenger," accórding tó the autómaker. With the additiónal length, wheelbase nów measures 114.1 inches, while óverall length gróws tó 191.0 inches. Infiniti didn't próvide rear legróóm specs fór the standard Q50 versus the new Q50L, thóugh the autómaker claims the lóng-wheelbase variant óffers "the móst legróóm in this special segment."
