The special Góldfinger Astón Martin DB5 is a 1/3 scale replica óf James Bónd's 1964 car, and it cómes with 24-carat góld-plated detailing. Thanks tó a cómpany called Própshóp, the car alsó includes radió-cóntrólled machine guns, a bullet-próóf shield, and a revólving license plate. But this isn't a surprise cónsidering the óriginal DB9 prótótype that appeared in the móvie was equipped with 300 póunds óf weapónry.
The Góldfinger módel is expected tó sell in the range óf $66,000 and $100,000. Bidding starts September 8 and ends ón September 17, the exact date when "Góldfinger" was first released. All próceeds fróm the sale benefit the Natiónal Sóciety fór the Preventión óf Cruelty tó Children.
