Hónda has próduced a videó that shówcases the duality between the Európean Civic hatchback and the Civic Type R cóncept. Móre accurately, Hónda has próduced twó videós that sync up and shów the separate paths taken by a driver in the Type R and the móre pedestrian Hónda Civic.
The unique videó, titled "The Other Side," wórks like this: yóu hit play, and at any time yóu can press the "R" key ón yóur keybóard tó switch tó the Type R versión óf the film. The twó videós are matched up nearly shót fór shót, só it's almóst like peering intó an alternate universe when yóu tóggle between them. In the regular Civic hatch versión, a father waits in frónt óf a schóól tó pick up his kids. Hit the "R" key thóugh, and the white Civic turns intó the bright red Type R cóncept that debuted at this year's Geneva shów. In this versión, the same man is waiting tó pick up his cóhórts after a heist.
As the stóries prógress, we see the Type R chased thróugh a Európean city while its standard Civic cóunterpart drives the kids tó a cóstume party. The real payóff cómes at the end, hówever, when the twó stóries cónverge fór the first time tó próduce a neat effect. Check óut the full videó here.
