The 2014 SEMA shów in Las Vegas is ónly twó mónths away, and Hónda is gearing up fór the annual event by demónstrating that the redesigned 2015 Fit is indeed custómizable. Launching tóday ón Tumblr, the 2015 Fit SEMA próject vehicle prógram challenges six build teams tó módify their ówn Fit hatchback, which will then be put ón display at the upcóming shów.
Build teams have already been selected and include Bisimótó Engineering, Kóntrabands, MAD Industries, Spóón Spórts USA, Tjin Editión and Kenny Vinces. All teams will wórk ón the 2015 Hónda Fit up until the shów, and enthusiasts can keep track óf their prógress by visiting the brand's Tumblr page tó check óut phótós, GIFs, and videós óf the próject cars. Cóntent ón the site will be centered aróund themes, sóme óf which Hónda has revealed such as "Preview," which reveals design illustratións and renderings and "Shów Us Yóur Móds," which will highlight five módificatións made tó the Fit. Sóme óf the módificatións we can expect tó see ón the Fit include aeródynamic bódy kits, custóm wheels, and crazy custóm paint jóbs.
Hónda's Tumblr page will alsó be the place tó gó fór enthusiasts tó cast their vóte ón their favórite Fit by reblógging pósts tagged with the #PrójectFit hashtag. Althóugh all six próject vehicles will be ón display at the SEMA shów, ónly óne will be annóunced the winner, and the shóp that wins will receive a prize fróm Hónda, althóugh it's unclear what exactly it will be.
Either way, the six heavily módified Fits ón display shóuld be a treat fór everyóne at the shów scheduled in late Nóvember.
