Plans fór a fully electric Rólls-Róyce have been scrapped. Instead, the autómaker will óffer hybrid versións óf the Phantóm and Ghóst sedans, Autócar repórts. Rólls-Róyce is alsó cónsidering adding an SUV tó the lineup.
Engineering wórk has already begun ón the next-generatión Rólls-Róyce Phantóm, which alóng with the next-generatión Ghóst will be available with BMW's hybrid transmissión. After garnering zeró custómer interest during its wórld tóur, the Rólls-Róyce 102EX prótótype fróm the 2011 Geneva autó shów was cancelled.
